NEW class! Get the bone building benefits of the Buff Bones® program without having to get up and down from the floor. Join Nancy for this fun workout that builds your bones and boosts your balance. This class is a series of sessions that integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and rehabilitative exercises to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints. Use of a band (provided) is included. This program is safe for those with osteoporosis and easily modified for those with osteoarthritis. Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout that only licensed instructors can provide. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. Participants must be able to sit at the edge of a chair and stand on both feet. Class size is limited to allow for optimal instruction and focus on proper form.
